Location - Normanton / Yorkshire - plus some remote work included

Role:
- Responsible for pricing up general building repairs, projects and refurbishments up to the value of £500k
- Working on a portfolio of over 1200+ properties which include Predominately public sector buildings (Education, Healthcare and Community buildings as well as some residential.
- Working to a schedule of rates.
Requirements:
To be considered for this Estimator role you must meet the following criteria:
- Previous employment as an Estimator or Senior Estimator
- Previous experience on construction / building projects such as (Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, MOJ, Residential or Leisure) is essential.
- Previous main contractor employment ideal but not essential.
- Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).
-Previous estimating experience in general building repairs, projects and refurbishments or Previous estimating experience in M&E repairs, projects and refurbishments.
-Proficient in computer systems and Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel, Word.
-Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage/prioritise work loads
Remuneration:
The successful Estimator will receive:
*Up to £38,000 Basic salary (Dependent on experience)
*Pension Scheme (5%)
