Electrical Design Engineer - Northamptonshire / Remote - Building Services

Role:
-Following the successful award of the project we would expect the successful candidate to complete a full design of the project, from technical submittals, cable calculations using Amtech and the production of full design drawings using Autocad.
-During the design process we would expect the successful candidate to produce bill of materials to enable the procurement process to commence and during the project answer any technical queries the site team may have during the installations process, issue all O&M documentation for handover of the project.
Requirements:
To be considered for this Electrical Design Engineer role you must meet the following criteria:
- Knowledge of Building Sector.
- Previous employment as an Electrical Design Engineer, Senior Electrical Engineer, Principal Electrical Engineer or similar.
- Previous experience in building sector projects such as Commercial, Mixed Use, Residential, Apartment Blocks, Student Accommodation, Hotels, Extra Care Housing, MOJ, Industrial, Education or Healthcare.
- Previous Design Consultancy, Sub contractor or main contractor employment.
- High level of communication skills.
- Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).
Location:
Northamptonshire
(Company has an agile working policy, so role is flexible to be a mix of office and remote working).
Remuneration:
The successful Electrical Engineer will receive:
*£30,000 - £45,000 Basic (Dependent on experience)
