Role:
Mix of preconstruction and live works design manager duties on a range of project sectors.
Requirements:
To be considered for this Design Manager role you must meet the following criteria:
- Knowledge of Building and / or residential sector.
- Previous employment as a Design Co-ordinator, D&B Coordinator, D&B Manager, Design Manager, Architect, Architectural Technolgist, Architectural Technician, Civil Engineer or Structural Engineer.
- Previous experience in building sector projects such as Commercial, Mixed Use, Residential, Apartment Blocks, Student Accommodation, Hotels, Extra Care Housing, MOJ, Industrial, Education or Healthcare.
- High level of communication skills.
- Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).
Remuneration:
The successful Design Manager will receive:
*£35,000 - £55,000 Basic (Dependent on experience)
*Car / Allowance
*Pension
